Keynote Speaker Dr. James F. Crow

Dr. James F. Crow is Professor Emeritus of Genetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has made important contributions as a pioneer and giant in the field of genetics and has worked humbly and devotedly throughout his life to further his science and to broaden public understanding of its implications. He has had extraordinary influence as a leader within the field by virtue of the positions he has assumed, his skills as a teacher, and his ability to serve as an inspiring mentor to a long stream of evolutionary biologists and geneticists. These roles have amplified his influence and characterized his unique contributions to science.
